firewood, consumed energy and water, bed linen, towels, toiletries, wifi.
The cleaning fee will be added to the price of your stay: CZK 800/cottage.
The sauna is charged separately.

Purchased gift vouchers cannot be used for Christmas and New Year's Eve stays,

Cancellation Policy
The accommodation provider undertakes not to charge cancellation fees in the event of cancellation up to 15 days prior to the announced arrival (except for points 5 and 6 below). The conditions below also apply to purchased vouchers.

If the reservation is canceled 14 - 8 days before arrival, 50% of the total price of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled 7 - 4 days before arrival, 75% of the total price of the stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

If the reservation is canceled 3 or 1 day before arrival or on the day of arrival, 100% of the total stay will be charged as a cancellation fee.

SUMMER HOLIDAYS, i.e. July and August, are subject to DIFFERENT CANCELLATION conditions than the remaining months and Christmas/New Year's Eve stays. Stays during the summer holidays can be canceled without a cancellation fee no later than 30 days before the announced arrival date. For cancellations made 29–15 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price of the stay will be charged. For cancellations made 14–1 days prior to arrival or on the day of arrival, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price of the stay will be charged.

Special cancellation conditions apply to CHRISTMAS and NEW YEAR'S EVE stays as follows: cancellation of the Christmas/New Year's Eve stay can be made free of charge NO LATER than 20 October of the respective year. Cancellation / shortening of the stay after this date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the price. No cancellation fee will be charged only if the cancelled date is sold in full. If only part of the stay is sold, only the price of the newly occupied nights will be refunded. It is recommended to insure the stay.

When shortening the length of stay, the same cancellation period applies as when canceling the stay.

If the customer finds a substitute in full for the canceled stay, no cancellation fees will be charged. In this case, only report the change of customer, incl. all contact details (telephone, e-mail…). Or it is possible to change the date of stay in agreement with the landlord.

Cancellation policy for stays of more than 10 nights will be set individually.

The cancellation fee is a contractual penalty.

Payment Terms
A deposit of 50% per stay is due within 14 days of booking.

The surcharge is due no later than 31 days before arrival.

Payment terms for Christmas and New Year's Eve stays are as follows: Deposit 50% within 14 days of ordering. Balance due no later than 19 October of the respective year. In case of ordering the stay after 20 October, the full payment is due within 3 days of receipt of the order.
